Resident Mailbox Orders

To maintain architectural consistency, landscaping and neighborhood/streetscape aesthetics, all mailboxes are installed next to the driveway where it intersects with the street.

To maintain architectural consistency, landscaping, and neighborhood aesthetics, all mailboxes are installed in the front yard, at the corner of the driveway where it meets the street unless there are unforeseen obstacles within the street or landscape that require repositioning. In the event of such an occurrence, final location approval will be required by the developer.

The Grove Kiosk - Your neighborhood has a community mailbox kiosk for mail delivery, located on St. James Drive across from the St. James Drive and Carolina Ash Lane intersection.

To obtain your box keys, please fill out the following information. Your keys will be hand delivered to your residence or, by courier if you are residing at another location. You will be contacted by someone on our team to make arrangements for the delivery.

Your neighborhood has two community mailbox kiosks:

SeaSide Club Kiosk - Located in the overflow parking lot at the SeaSide Club across the street from the intersection of Oceanic & Drift Tide Way.
Inland Cove Kiosk - Located in front of the pond on Inland Cove Dr.

To obtain your box keys, please fill out the following information. Your keys will be hand delivered to your residence or by courier if you are residing at another location. You will be contacted by someone on our team to make arrangements for the delivery, and to identify which of the two kiosks mentioned above your mailbox is in.

Your neighborhood has a community mailbox kiosk for mail delivery, located on Moss Hammock Wynd in the paved bump out east of Lockview Ct.

Your order includes courier delivery of your keys to gain access to your mailbox located in the community kiosk, and an Address Identifier Plaque, which is required of all residents in The Reserve in lieu of a mailbox. This plaque will be installed in a concrete footing by Field Services as per ACC Guidelines. Please make a note to contact our office after you have moved into the home and landscaping has been completed, for the installation to be scheduled. This is a turnkey process and nothing more is required by the homeowner for this installation to take place.

Moss Hammock III Kiosk -Your neighborhood has a community mailbox kiosk for mail delivery, located on Wellington Place near the end of the cul-de-sac.

Oceanic Bay / Kiosk A

Your neighborhood has a community mailbox kiosk for mail delivery, located in the first traffic island on Oceanic Bay Dr. (BOX A-1 thru A-16).

Your order includes courier delivery of your keys to gain access to your mailbox located in the community kiosk, and an Address Identifier Plaque, which is required of all residents in The Reserve in lieu of a mailbox. This plaque will be installed in a concrete footing by Field Services as per ACC Guidelines. Please make a note to contact our office after you have moved into the home and landscaping has been completed, for the installation to be scheduled. This is a turnkey process and nothing more is required by the homeowner for this installation to take place.

This plaque will be installed in a concrete footing by Field Services as per ACC Guidelines. All Address Identifiers are installed within the Public Right of Way and as per Setback Guidelines. As
required by law, our service includes having all public underground utilities marked at the dig site prior to installation through the state mandated agency NC811. Please be aware that private utilities
(such as irrigation lines & heads, etc.) that encroach in the Public Right of Way are not included in this state mandated agency service.

You are encouraged to have these private utilities marked by the respective contractors. Our installers are very mindful of attempting to identify and avoid these items, however, SignSource, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damages or repairs made to private underground utilities, including irrigation lines that are encroaching on the Public Right of Way, regardless of identification.

WARRANTIES
All Products carry a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, and does not apply to vehicular collision, or other forces of nature. SignSource, Inc. is the installer only and makes no warranties expressed or implied with regard to this product.

Our installers are very mindful of attempting to identify and avoid these items, however, SignSource, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damages or repairs made to private underground utilities, including irrigation lines that are encroaching on the Public Right of Way.

WARRANTIES
Each mailbox carries a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, and does not apply to vehicular collision, wind driven rain or other forces of nature. SignSource, Inc. is the installer only and makes no warranties expressed or implied with regard to this product.

Terms & Conditions
You will receive a set of three keys to your mailbox. Please keep the extra copies in a safe place.
The Southport Post Office delivers mail to your kiosk and has a list of all street addresses and their respective box numbers. Should you need to contact them you may do so at 910-457-4633.
If you lose your keys, you will need to contact the Southport Post Office at the number above and pay a fee to change the lock and provide new keys. SignSource, Inc. is the initial key service provider only and makes no warranties expressed or implied with regard to this product or service.
